Ally Pally
Manage to get to ally pally today. Left home at 9.00 and got there at 10.30 and no traffic . Also I didn't spend much money so the wife's happy. Caught up with colin and what a superb looking engine . Then meet up with tim again another superb looking engine tim's picture doesn't do it justice. These engines are going to turn heads on the rally fields and a credit to you both and stw .

Re: Ally Pally
Katy and I also managed to get to Ally Pally on Saturday and we were very please to find that the weather and roads turned out to be clear, especially Katy as she was the drive for the day. It was great to see Colin and Tim’s tractions engines on display and they looked really great and a credit to them both. It was also good to see the Steam Apprentices working on their STW 4” Burrell build. I am sorry Tim that I did not manage to get a picture of your traction engine this was due to all the people standing around it!!

Re: Ally Pally
I'm sure I know that bloke with the hat on studying the engine in photo number two What are the chances of that?? Just happening to take a shot at that exact moment!!!!
GDSF line up?
Took a better picture of Frederick and Coiin's engine on Saturday.
At the close of play today we got the twins lined up
Colin had a decent camera with him so should be able to post some better piccy's.
Was helped transporting the engine using a Range Rover pulling my trailer today: I think it would have been very tricky with my normal Ford Galaxy because of the snow. No chance of getting to the weigh bridge tomorrow I'm afraid.

Re: Ally Pally
What a nice sight, two super engines.
Was this an STW display or just general exhibition space that your engine were in?
