smoke from boiler
I installed the boiler back in the car but seam to get a lot of smoke when firing the burner. I tried adjusting the air on the burner but it doesn't make much difference any suggestions.

smoke
It looks like I solved my smoke problem, I installed a wet pack in the combustion chamber when I reworked the boiler. This was done to try to make the boiler last a long time. But this is what would happen. First it reduced the area of the chamber, Looks like too little for a good burn, Then the wet pack would get fuel soaked then when the burner would fire the fuel would burn off making smoke. I removed the wet pack its better now I will try kerosene next for a cleaner burn . The burner has a 2.0 gal/hr 80 deg nozzle solid cone.
