Hand pump?

Done a few steaming. Got the mechanical pump working really quite well. Had it ticking over last night with water level gradually rising. But I just can't get the injector working at all. So I'm considering either sourcing another injector. Been looking on Me forums for views on which are most reliable. My other option is to give up on the injector and fit a hand pump. This would also have the advantage of being a way of getting water in with no steam preasure.

I'm sur e I saw a thread on here where someone fitted a hand pump and there were pictures but I can't find it now.
