downloanding pictures

sorry to be a pain but how do you put photos on the forum i do the brouse find the pics but cant move them to the page,do i have to down load the image thing that comes up

thanks for that it was the draging bit at the end i wasnt doing, put pics on now had to do them one at a time but hey its a start, thanks again
